Laurie offers clients over 20 years of experience in public and private insurance, working on the brokerage (Buck Consultants, HRH) and carrier (Delta Dental of Illinois, Blue Cross Blue Shield) side of the business. The scope of her experience spans virtually all aspects of the benefit administration business including marketing, customer relations, claims and sales as well as team building and leadership, technology implementation, operations administration.
Laurie provides strategic analysis to clients to develop benefits and communication to meet their needs.
GREGG R. ALEMAN
Gregg, a Chicago native from the south side, began his insurance career (34+ years ago in 1984) on the carrier side working in the claims area, before moving to service and sales of medical plans. Gregg then joined a national carrier specializing in life, disability and pension products.
After 6 years on the carrier side, Gregg advanced to a large international brokerage firm working on a unique large sponsored program using cafeteria plan strategies, experience-rated managed care in union environments.
For the past 25 years, Gregg has worked for a large internationally recognized brokerage firm, at first doing both public and private sector business. Eventually, Gregg focused on building one of the country's largest public sector captives. Focusing on municipalities and counties, Gregg authored and implemented innovative strategies, including; layered claim limits to control costs, building a self-funded HMO program, and creating one of the first aggregating specific stop-loss programs. These innovations allowed this captive to grow from 24 public sector entities to 140 members over 24 years.
Now as a principal of Premier, Gregg will be a source of innovation, experience and knowledge as he and his team work to control cost, deliver superior service while navigating the increasing complexity of compliance.
Graduated with a BS in Political Science, 1983, from Illinois State University.
Pat has over 27 years of experience in the health insurance industry working with agencies, insurance companies and Third Party Administrators on the sales, analytics and implementation of fully insured products, level-funded products, self-funded products, worksite benefits, marketing, strategies, and distribution.
For the past several years Pat has been leading successful campaigns with brokers, consultants and employers - helping them understand the impacts of Healthcare Reform and execution of creative healthcare solutions in the marketplace.
Pat’s past roles include Vice President of New Business Sales, Regional Sales Director, Director of Account Management and Sales Operations, Insurance Broker, National Account Sr. Sales Representative, Small Group Sales Representative and Life Insurance Underwriter.
Pat received his undergraduate degree in Communication from Illinois State University in 1991.
